- Raising, keeping and withdrawing an offerAn offer can go up and its pickup time can move earlier. It lasts a week, can be kept for another week, and can be withdrawn.
- When a seller passes on your offerA seller can decline one buyer's offer. That buyer is told, and they can't offer on that car again.
