Scrap and Tow
About Scrap and Tow
Our take: Most of the praise for this northeast Cleveland outfit near Euclid is several years old. Back then, sellers said the office set a pickup window, the driver came inside it, and the cash matched the phone quote on old vans and trucks. Recent reviews are thin and a couple complain about unanswered calls, so the record is strong but dated.
