Phipps Auto Parts
About Phipps Auto Parts
Our take: Phipps is a scrap yard in Goshen, out in Clermont County, with its own tow trucks. Most reviews are about scrap metal, but a few people have sold whole cars here, including an old truck and a Ford Escape. Those car stories are several years old, and a couple of scrap sellers felt shorted on weight or price.
